By installing or using Local Pickup Auto Discount (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. The App is operated by Journey Lab ("we," "us," or "our"), reachable at apps@journeylab.org.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the App.
Local Pickup Auto Discount is a Shopify app that automatically applies a configurable percentage discount to a customer's cart when they select local pickup as their delivery method at checkout. The discount is applied using Shopify Functions and requires no discount codes.
You must have an active Shopify store and have configured at least one local pickup location in your Shopify admin to use this App. The App is intended for merchants only and is not available to end consumers.
You agree not to use the App in any way that:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time with reasonable notice. We will notify you of material changes via the Shopify App Store listing or email where possible. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific discount configuration will produce a particular commercial outcome for your store.
Shopify platform changes, API updates, or store configuration changes may affect App functionality. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain compatibility but cannot guarantee continuous operation through all platform changes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Journey Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amounts you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Journey Lab from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the App or your violation of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Westchester County, New York.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the App Store listing. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly.
