First, confirm that the discount is set to Active in the app dashboard. Then check that your store has at least one local pickup location enabled in Shopify Admin → Settings → Shipping and delivery → Local pickup.

No. This app applies discounts in the online checkout when the customer selects local pickup. It does not interact with Shopify POS transactions. If you need a discount applied at the physical register, that would need to be handled through POS's discount features directly.
